My client is looking for an experienced Estates / Facilities Administrator to join immediately on an ongoing temporary assignmentwith the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate. The overall purpose of the role will be to act a point of contact for all staff in the building, dealing with estates and building related enquiries and ensuring that financial processes and ordering of goods and services are completed in a timely and efficient manner. There will also be a requirement to maintain general office procedures and processes and provide senior admin and diary management support to senior staff.

Estates / Building Support Duties Include:
  • Liaising with Estates and House Services in relation to buildingand maintenance issues
  • Supporting all logistical activity within the building, including office moves and maintenance of space occupancy records
  • Organising access for building users and visitors, including reception duties
  • Liaising with I.T. where necessary
  • Inputting Health and Safety requirements for office space where required, including risk assessments
  • Ensuring building user email distribution lists are kept up-to-date

You will also be responsible for general administrative support duties including:

  • Providing P.A. support to Senior members of staff
  • Provide information, advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders around general operational procedures
  • Assisting with the planning, organising and delivery of events, including booking rooms, liaisingwith attendees and ordering of catering / services

The role is city centre based and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
