Leading insurer seeking a Customer Experience Pensions Consultant to support their BPA operations team in the North West

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading insurer seeking a Customer Experience Pensions Consultant to support their BPA operations team in the North West.

Within this role you will be responsible for implementing a new optimised customer journey, advising on how the business can improve and develop their customer experience for trustees and members. You will advise on the production of member communication templates (welcome packs, bereavement, divorce) for DB pension schemes and will oversee consumer duty regulations.

Role requirements:

  • Strong DB pensions knowledge with ideally 3-5+ years within DB pensions operations role
  • Experience of developing and implementing customer service processes within a DB pensions context
  • Exposure to advising on the development of member communication templates
