The Role

As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with experienced insolvency professionals, assisting in the administration of corporate insolvency cases. You will develop key skills in financial analysis, case management, and regulatory compliance, setting a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with corporate insolvency processes, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements
  • Preparing reports, financial statements, and creditor communications
  • Conducting investigations into company financial affairs
  • Supporting the case management team with regulatory compliance and client correspondence
  • Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders
  • Developing an understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices
Requirements
  • Recently graduated with a 2:1 or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong academic background with excellent A-Level results
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A genuine interest in insolvency and financial restructuring
