Tallgrass Recruitment are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Represenative to join our highly skilled team. You will play a crucial role in helping customers secure their financial needs by providing information on unsecured loan products, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a best-in-class experience. This is a unique opportunity to join an industry-leading financial brokerage.

Responsibilities

  • Contact a portfolio of qualified leads generated through our online unsecured loan platform.
  • Assess customer applications and provide high-quality, tailored recommendations in line with compliance procedures.
  • Offer informed advice on unsecured loan options using our innovative in-house software.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and lender criteria to ensure accurate guidance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our team of advisors to support customer applications.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience in selling unsecured loans is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Driven by targets and dedicated to achieving positive customer outcomes.
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
