Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain customer accounts using the C4C platform
- Address product problems or failures and support customer queries
- Assist the finance team with customer invoice inquiries
- Help with overdue debtors and ensure smooth payment processing
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs
- Prepare product/service reports by gathering customer data
- Manage incoming calls and generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships through trust, communication, and problem-solving
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete information using appropriate tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, offering solutions and follow-up
- Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation
- Follow established communication procedures and guidelines
- Work with colleagues to resolve issues, liaise with Logistics for courier-related matters
- Promote brand awareness by discussing marketing materials and merchandise with customers
- Process orders, cancellations, and customer inquiries efficiently
- Handle customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service quality
- Answer questions regarding warranties, sales terms, deals, and promotions
- Use CRM systems and tools effectively to manage call volume and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the commercial vehicle industry
- Proven experience in customer support with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent phone handling skills with active listening abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not mandatory
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction
