Our client is expanding their team and is looking for Inbound Sales Advisors to join their Wythenshawe office. About The RoleThis role is pivotal in providing accident replacement vehicle services to clients. As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll be the primary contact for clients seeking assistance after an accident. Handling inbound inquiries via phone, hot key transfers, and online leads, you’ll provide consultative sales support and exceptional customer service, aiming to deliver seamless car replacement and repair services. Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis exciting role has a number of key responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls and online leads, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to finalise sales and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide high-quality service with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in line with company policies.
  • Support clients with clear, accurate information throughout the process.

Experience RequiredTo be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have the following experience:
  • Proven telephone-based sales experience, ideally with a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment, meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to empathise with clients and respond to their needs effectively.
  • Industry knowledge of insurance, credit hire, or vehicle hire is advantageous.
