Internal Sales Advisor FULL-TIME- TRAFFORD PARK

No Cold Calling

£24K BASIC + REALISTIC OTE (£30K- 40k OTE)

Permanent full time - Office based 08:30-5:00pm

A great opportunity has arisen for an internal sales advisor to join a growing, leading supplies company based in Manchester at Trafford Park. Looking for confident, sales-driven individuals who are eager to develop their selling skills in a motivated environment. They are looking for someone who has a history of building good relationships with customers and giving them a personable experience.

Main duties:

  • Receive and handle inbound phone sales calls enquiring about products and services
  • To work as part of the sales team
  • You will engage with leads and enquires through inbound calls and emails and social media
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Handle the retention process to contribute to the overall success of the company
  • Record lead history, activity, and customer response in detail within our CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in either a sales or customer service setting
  • Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve targets
  • A strong level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools & salesforce (CRM Systems)
  • Confident and determined approach with a willingness to learn new skills
