Job Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and closing sales. This is a remote role, so you'll be working from the comfort of your home. Full training is provided, and you'll have the opportunity to earn commission on top of your base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present our products/services to potential customers and explain the benefits.
- Handle objections and answer questions to move prospects towards a sale.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
- A great communicator who's confident on the phone.
- A motivated self-starter with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay positive.
- Basic computer skills to manage CRM and communication tools.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required!
