About the Role

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales? Join our vibrant team as a Customer Sales Advisor. Representing the Sky brand, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information on Sky Protect Device Insurance. You’ll guide them with confidence, offering tailored protection plans that give customers peace of mind and comprehensive protection.

Experience Requirements: 12 months consecutive targeted telesales experience in one role within the last 3 years.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 4 day working week! Wed - Thurs 8am - 6pm & Fri - Sat 8am - 5.30pm.
  • Training Period: The first 6 weeks are dedicated to comprehensive training—please note that absence requests are not permitted during this period.

Compensation & Bonuses

  • Base Salary: £21,466
  • Bonus Potential: Earn up to £4,500 per year for strong performance in sales
