Job Overview: As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating leads for our products/services. You will play a key role in promoting our offerings, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Engage potential clients in conversation, identify their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from various sources, including marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, objections, and product interest.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
