Business Analyst with Call Centre transformation experience needed!
Rullion are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting 3-month initial contract (outside IR35). The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming our call centre operations, leveraging expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements needed:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in call centre transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques.
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather and document requirements.
Office location: Central Manchester (circa twice per week)
Day rate: Up to 530 per day Outside IR35 DOE
