About the client;

My client is a leading organisation, that enable their customers to have access to centres across the UK. Their mission is to ensure all their customers have the necessary opportunities to partner with leading organisations to further their skills and ensure they're getting the best service they can obtain.

What you will be doing

You will be an integral part of the organisations implementation of the ITIL framework, ensuring resolution and minimising disruption to users and operations. You will also be a trusted part of the support process, communicating with vendors to ensure that there is a process for creating resolutions and seeing issues through to completion.

We need you to have

  • ITIL certification
  • Service delivery experience
  • Experience of supporting users with vendors
