I am working with a reputable and successful organisation who are looking for an Early Careers Advisor to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the business and will involve attracting, recruiting and developing early careers across the board. This role will be a mixture of operational and strategic and will involve working as part of a wider HR and recruitment team as well as working closely with key stakeholders, managers and decision makers. More about the role.. - Attraction, selection, development of early careers - Liaise with universities and carry out induction and assessment centre days - Maintain relationships with external providers - Work closely with managers, key stakeholders and SLT to establish business needs - Strategy, retention and aftercare - Ensure high quality candidate experience - Manage onboarding processes - Support the wider Early Careers team - Monitor KPI's and trends - Other adhoc duties support the wider recruitment team The ideal candidate will have worked within an early careers role within professional services sector.
