Sonic Summary

The position is for a Class 2 Driver in Trafford Park, Manchester, offering a salary of £14.50 per hour basic and £16.00 per hour for overtime.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months experience driving Class 2 vehicles and possess a valid UK Category C Driving Licence, CPC Card, and Digi Card.
The role includes driving Class 2 vehicles for palletized stock delivery, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring cargo is secured properly.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES:

Day to Day Duties

• Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently for the delivery of palletized stock and unloading using pump truck
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management

Essential Skills

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving Class 2 vehicles
• No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes
• Have a valid UK Category C Driving Licence / CPC Card / Digi Card
• Must be able to speak and read a good level of English.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in multidrop experience will be beneficial

Training

• Training provided on first shift
