HGV Class 1 Driver

Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 to 08:00 Starts

Pay: £15.50 - £17.00 Per Hour

People Solutions are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers for our well-established client based in Trafford Park, Manchester

Day to Day Duties:

• Delivery of palletized stock• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly.• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management.

Essential Skills:

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving a C+E vehicles.• No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsement codes.• Have an in-date UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card & UK License • Must be able to speak and read a good level of English.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in multidrop experience will be beneficial

Training:

• Training provided on first shift
