People Solutions is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for a client in Trafford Park, Manchester, offering a pay rate of £15.50 to £17.00 per hour.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months experience driving C+E vehicles and hold a valid UK CPC Card, UK Digi Card, and UK License.
The role involves delivering palletized stock, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring cargo is secured properly.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting between 06:00 and 08:00, with immediate starts available.

People Solutions are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers for our well-established client based in Trafford Park, Manchester

Day to Day Duties:

• Delivery of palletized stock
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management.

Essential Skills:

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving a C+E vehicles.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsement codes.
• Have an in-date UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card & UK License
• Must be able to speak and read a good level of English.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in multidrop experience will be beneficial

Training:

• Training provided on first shift
