THE ROLEAs a Joiner & Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Carpentry: Repairing, installing, and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Fire door repairs: smoke seals, hinge replacements etc.
General Maintenance: Handling minor repairs.
Renovation Projects: Assisting in room upgrades and property improvements.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our maintenance team to address any issues promptly.

REQUIREMENTSTo excel in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter.
Strong maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot and fix various issues.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant certifications or qualifications (preferred, but not required).
