THE ROLEAs a Maintenance Joiner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carpentry: Repairing, installing, and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Fire door repairs: smoke seals, hinge replacements etc.
  • General Maintenance: Handling minor repairs.
  • Renovation Projects: Assisting in room upgrades and property improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our maintenance team to address any issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTSTo excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter.
  • Strong maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot and fix various issues.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications (preferred, but not required).
