- Carpentry: Repairing, installing, and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Fire door repairs: smoke seals, hinge replacements etc.
- General Maintenance: Handling minor repairs.
- Renovation Projects: Assisting in room upgrades and property improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our maintenance team to address any issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter.
- Strong maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot and fix various issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (preferred, but not required).
- Full-time / Permanent EmployedÂ
- Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support
- Salary of £26K - £28k depending on experience.
