The firm is looking for an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal with expertise in Residential Development to assist the Partner in the International Property Investment Unit Department.Â
About the Role:
- Direct Assistance: Work closely with the Partner in the International Property Investment Unit
- Client Interaction: Daily interaction with colleagues and Clients at every level
- Diverse Work: Handle Newbuild and off-plan purchases for buyers/investors, and act as panel Solicitors for Major Lenders
- International Exposure: Attend exhibitions in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur to assist buyers/investors with the Conveyancing process
The Team:
- International Property Investment: Consists of 6 qualified UK Solicitors and 5 supporting staff
- Global Presence: 7 team members are based in Hong Kong, with the rest in its Manchester office
- Dynamic Environment: The firm is continually evolving and looking for individuals with a 'can do' mentality
About You:
- Genuine Interest: A genuine desire to work within the Residential Development area
- Experience: Prior experience in Residential Development is essential
- Skills: Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, organisational skills, good IT skills, discretion, and professionalism
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Language Skills: Cantonese speaking is essential
