Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Createand developmenus that align with the culinary theme, dietary requirements, and customer preferences.
- Orchestratekitchen operations, overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through rigorous quality control measures.
- Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations, implement proper sanitation practices, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving culinary trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensurecustomer satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful, and well-presented dishes.
- Effectively managetime to synchronize the prompt preparation and delivery of food, particularly during peak service periods.
Ideal Contractor:
- Must be hardworking and Honest.
- Must be a catering or food hygiene certificate.
- Must have previous experience as a cook or a chef.
- Must hold a valid DBS.
- Be confident and able to engage with others.
