A well established and popular nursery based in the heart of Didsbury are working exclusively with Reed Education Manchester. This outstanding Nursery are looking to recruit a new Chef to work alongside there current Kitchen assistants. The nursery is at maximum capacity with an extensive waiting list and has a wonderful reputation across the local community. They currently have 50 staff members across both sites ranging from apprentices, Level 2, level 3 , Level 4 & Level 5 as well as several EYFS teachers. The Nursery Ethos is heavily based around Forrest skills and outdoor learning.

The Nursery provides fresh food throughout the day to all children and staff and so the chef along with the kitchen assistant will be responsible for delivering Breakfast, Lunch and evening meals as well as snacks throughout the day. other responsibilities will include the planning and ordering of food on a weekly basis. 

The ideal candidate must hold a Minimum Level 2 food Hygeine and have a background of working in a kitchen. 

The role is full time Monday to Thursday 9.30-5.30 and offers 20 days holiday plus all Bank holidays as well as free training all year round.
