- Oversee all aspect of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and culinary excellence.
- Collaborate on the menu development, focusing on seasonal ingredients and different technique.
- Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, cleanness, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Contribute to fine dining experience that sets new standards in Worsley.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally with a Fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing kitchen talent
