Job Description:

We are seeking individuals to join our team in providing support and coverage within Compass Hospitality UK's division. With our current portfolio of 24 hotels and plans for expansion in the coming year and beyond, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic senior chef team. Your responsibilities will include working alongside chef teams, assisting with training, implementing menu specifications, constructing Allergen Matrices, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting teams in adhering to health and safety procedures and policies.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are open to travel, mentor teams, and excel in various kitchen environments. Flexibility in working between locations, shifts, weekends, and Bank Holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teams in various hotel kitchens as a support chef.

Provide senior support and leadership within kitchens across the support.

Deputize for the head chef and provide additional support during peak periods.

Motivate teams to achieve culinary excellence.

Manage budgets and Cost of Sales (COS) percentages effectively.

Ensure company food safety audit targets are met.
