Sous Chef looking for an exciting next step - Smokehouse focus!

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations working closely with the head chef and taking responsibility for the kitchen
  • Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the owners
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
  • All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant working with fresh food and ideally serving High volumes of customers
  • Have a great Kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team;
  • Have a good understanding of business operations, classically trained, happy to follow company recipes as well as delivering personalised menus
  • Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience

Looking for a strong Sous Chef to develop, prepare and open the restaurant and to be an integral part of the team and to work closely with the Head chef and General Manager to take the business to the next level
