Manage and coach the kitchen working alongside the head chef
Create new seasonal dishes and specials
Prepare and deliver dishes fast and of high quality
Filing daily due diligence
Liasing with events management and the senior management team in place of Head chef

Thorough, responsible and accountable
Excellent communication skills
Level 2 food hygiene certificate or above
Full Time Position working 40hrs a week over 5 Days
