Field Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting for a well established market leader in the food-to-go industry. With over 40 years experience within the food industry they are looking to expand their Field Sales team and continue to drive their growth.
Role:
- Develop existing customer accounts and actively prospect new accounts - 50% growth from existing customers and 50% new business.
- Visit existing customers and work with them to grow sales.
- Actively pursue and covert new business leads.
- Communicate and agree plan of action
- Share territory business plan with the Sales Manager detailing performance to date and forward actions
- Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within an agreed time.
- Continual improvement of product knowledge.
- Present samples to customers.
- Deliver launch days for new customers.
- Follow company processes
- Work towards set targets and KPI's
