Dahlia recruitment are representing an exciting growing business in the Chemicals / Gases space to recruit for an experienced Sales Representitive. The role will cover Manchester and surroundig areas and therfore wil require a clean and full driving license.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for the strategy, planning, management and execution of new business for industrial gases. The Sales Representative will be expected to visit local prospects to win business, as well as use other channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn for example.
The Sales Representative will:
- Create and execute sales plans
- Visit target industrial areas, door knocking to find prospects
- Estimate, quote and negotiate sales. Provide insights on pricing and product positioning
- Nurture and eventually close new business, and then assist in the management of new accounts
- Create and report on sales KPIs. Generate and present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Research new business and identify new clients
- Promote the organisation and its products
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating effective sales plans to generate new business. Industrial gas knowledge and/or experience in welding is preferred but not required.
