Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed site surveys and measurements
  • Preparing accurate site reports, drawings, and specifications

  • Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and technology
  • Managing and maintaining survey equipment and tools

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Site Surveyor
  • Proficient in using surveying software and equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD)
  • Experience working on the housing sector
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred)
