Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed site surveys and measurements
- Preparing accurate site reports, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and technology
- Managing and maintaining survey equipment and tools
- Providing expert advice and solutions to technical challenges
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying software and equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD)
- Experience working on the housing sector
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
