  • Drive sales, account management, and consulting with data leaders.
  • Grow and maintain data business across key accounts.
  • Support business development as a data specialist across clients and sectors.
  • Lead and motivate team for optimal performance and morale.
  • Manage project risks, budgets, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Promote company culture and core values daily.
  • Develop proposals, SOWs and support data practice growth.
  • Provide thought leadership on tools and technologies.
  • Mentor junior team members with technical and architectural guidance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in growing client relationships and securing new accounts.
  • Demonstrated team leadership with strong client-facing skills.
  • Comprehensive project management background in analytics, data strategy, data architecture, and data science.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake), visualisation tools, and AI/ML.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and an innovative mindset.
