We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Data to join a fast paced business in Manchester City Centre. This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing their data strategy, ensuring data driven decision making across the organisation.

As Head of Data you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and grow a high-performing data team, fostering innovation and best practices.
• Oversee data architecture, governance, and analytics to drive insights and efficiency.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data regulations and security best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and governance.
• Expertise in modern data technologies, cloud platforms (Azure is preferred), and AI/ML applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
