I am recruiting for an IT Service Manager role to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in either Manchester or Blackpool, remaining time remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company.

You must have experience of IT service management.

You will have worked specifically in a service improvement role or at leat have exposure to service improvement.

You must have been responsible for managing the service delivery of ICT services and have been responsible for defining service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).

ITIL v4 Foundation is preferred for this role.

You will have experience of maintaining secure configuration and accurate information, controlling IT assets in one or more significant areas, and being able to verify location and state of assets.

Experience with either ITIL or supporting Service Improvement is essential.
