Job Title: IT Service Manager

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom(Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Salary: Open to the market depending on experience

A well established high classed profiled public sector organization is urgently seeking a Senior IT Delivery Manager with background in digitalisation to join their current project team on a 6 months contract. As a Senior IT Delivery Manager you will support the delivery with managing the service delivery of ICT service.

The ideal candidate should have a vast understanding in Managing the service delivery of ICT service and proven experience in managing IT Service Delivery and multi-sourced support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service delivery of ICT services, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Communicate and manage technical changes with appropriate governance and implement continual service improvement programs.
  • Maintain secure configuration and accurate IT asset management.
  • Investigate and recommend process improvements and optimisations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and provide clear reporting and data interpretations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing IT service delivery and multi-sourced support teams.
  • Strong background in defining and managing SLAs and OLAs.
