Managing Director

Our company is an Integrated Energy Solutions provider, based in Dubai, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our solution range from Modular Wiring Solutions as well as control and Medium Voltage products and services. Recently the company has secured significant switchgear equipment for the data center majors.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead our organization into its next growth phase. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of the electrical manufacturing sector, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a vision for driving the company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and enhance market position.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness across alldepartments.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Lead financial planning and management to ensure profitability and long-term growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies asneeded.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of switchgear products and market dynamics.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
