Our client, a fast-growing SaaS loyalty and rewards platform, seeks an Account Manager to lead their team and drive enterprise client success. You’ll oversee client relationships, shape strategy, and ensure loyalty programs deliver ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Customer Success team.
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients.
- Manage the client lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
