Internal Account Manager
£25,000 - £30,000
Up to £50k OTE!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Seek and develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the telecoms or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services including, VoIP, Connectivity, Mobile, IT and Security
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
