The Role of Area Sales Manager:
- Covering a territory and liaising with contractors, architects and fit-out specialists.
- Developing existing relationships and developing new business partnerships.
- Managing projects within end-users such as universities, schools and research facilities.
- Providing specialist knowledge and support to customers on projects
- Nurturing sales from initial contact through to completion and hand over
- Values range between £5k to £300k+
The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager position:
- Strong construction sales professional with knowledge of architects and contractor led sales.
- Able to produce quotations and negotiate contracts
- Familiarity with fit-outs is very advantageous, knowledge of construction sales is mandatory.
- Spanish as a second language would be highly desirable but not essential
- Full UK drivers licence
- Right to work in the UK as sponsorship won't be provided
The Package for Area Sales Manager:
- £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience
- Bonus - £10k
- Company Car or Car allowance
- Pension
- 25 days holiday plus stats
