Area to be covered: North West (ideally Manchester)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 (negotiable for the right person) + £2,500 bonus
Hybrid company car and full comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Timber Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of timber products
- All of your time will be spent selling to timber merchants, timber manufacturers, end users, large construction companies, housebuilders and landscape manufacturers
- Managing new and existing customer accounts encouraging new and repeat business
- Turnover target circa £300k per month however will be split between reps
- Typical order values range between £10k to £500k depending on size and scope
- Good blend of account management and new business
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Timber Products with:
- Must have sold timber products
- Ideally hardwood & softwood experience
- Open on your route to market
- Self-motivated individual that can work independently and as part of a team
- Relationship builder, but also capable of new business development
- Looking for longevity in career
- Hungry with a desire to succeed
