There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices, tracking and winning their new developments.

The Role - Area Sales Manager:
- Promoting my clients industry leading range of prefabricated Canopy's, Dormer's, Chimney Stacks, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds
- There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.
- Roughly 70% of the role will be tracking these new developments from existing house builder accounts.
- Although you are expected to also prospect and win new regional house builders, to add to your portfolio.
- There are estimating, technical and customer service teams to support you
The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:
- You will already have field sales experience from within the construction industry.
- Applicants who have sold into house builders or developers will be readily received, but it is not essential.
- You will be outgoing and confident, someone who naturally builds rapport, and gains trust and respect from their customers
- With first class customer service and account development experience
