Our client is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to expand market presence and drive sales within the assigned region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our client's solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and customer service.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

  • Represent our client at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Profile

  • Proven experience in direct sales of capital equipment

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to learn complex product solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
