Area to be covered: North West & North Wales
Remuneration: £50,000 - £56,000 + circa £20,000 bonus
Benefits: £545 car allowance or hybrid company car + comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager Commercial Heat Pumps will involve:
Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps, boilers and water heaters
50% of your time be spent generating specification via M&E consultants, mechanical consultants & local authorities
40% of your time will be spent selling into M&E contractors , specialist sub-contractors and main contractors
The remaining 10% of your time will be spent back selling and managing sales through plumber merchants, builder merchants and specialist distributors
Dealing with typical order vales of around £10k-£150k+ depending on project size
Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £2.4m
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager Commercial Heat Pumps with:
Must have a field sales experience selling commercial heat pumps / pumps
Must have experience of specification sales via M&E consultants, M&E consultants and local authorities
Must have contacts in the industry
Commercial astute
Dynamic with a strong work ethic
Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
