Salary: Circa 65,000 - 75,000 + performance bonus, car and other benefits.

As Northern Area Sales Manager you will have a proven sales background with outstanding negotiation and people skills and a background in door and window manufacturing in a business to business capacity and extensive experience increasing sales and creating value.

My client is keen grow the territory and as Area Sales Manager you be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, training for installation and customer's sales team.

As Area Sales Manager you will have:

  • Existing contacts within the doors and windows manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in business development, opening new markets
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and sales skills
  • Collaborative and customer focus approach
  • Self-starter able to work independently with remote supervision.
