Join our esteemed client, a global leader in manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of products for industries including food, cosmetics, and pet food. We are excited to expand operations with a new site in Manchester, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to become one of the first members of our UK team as a Food and Supplement B2B Sales Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and developing your customer base within the UK market.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify profitable projects and opportunities.
  • Present the company and actively sell our range of products and services.
  • Independently prepare offers for customers and handle order processing.
  • Identify trends and develop new solutions in cooperation with our product development department.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and provide active support in increasing visibility of the brand.
  • Coordinate business relationships with headquarters in China.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Studies (BA or MA) or comparable training.
  • Experience within Food or FMCG Market.
  • Experience working with or in NPD is desirable.
  • Experience in sales is desirable, though not exclusively required.
  • Confident in using MS Office applications and experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong team and service orientation in a flexible work environment.
  • Ability to work independently, focused on priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented with entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
