Your Role: Driving Growth & Impact

New Business Development

  • Secure new listings with premium pub groups, bars, restaurants, and hotels.
  • Focus on acquiring large on-trade groups and national accounts to drive volume and brand presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling marketing and commercial tenders in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Take a consultative approach, aligning brand opportunities with customer needs.

Account Management & Activation

  • Manage existing key accounts, ensuring growth and engagement through activations.
  • Implement brand-building initiatives, including sponsorships and local partnerships.
  • Work with marketing teams to deliver high-impact promotions and activations.
  • Take responsibility for P&L management, budget allocation, and ROI analysis.

Route-to-Market Collaboration

  • Work closely with wholesalers, distributors, and regional sales teams to enhance brand visibility.
  • Use wholesale data and insights to drive performance and optimise listings.
  • Monitor and react to changes in wholesale order performance to ensure continuous growth.

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven track record in securing new business in the premium drinks industry.

? A strong network within the On-Trade sector (pub groups, bars, restaurants, and hotels).

? Experience working with RTM/Wholesalers, with an understanding of how to leverage data and insights.

? A confident negotiator and relationship builder who can drive long-term partnerships.

? Target-driven mindset with a passion for growing premium brands.
