The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s consumer strategy and product content. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive content plan across various channels, including social media, website, marketplaces, email, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric creative thinker who can drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in the brand’s customer content strategy and develop a plan to fill those gaps across all platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels, including the company website, marketplaces, and retail partner websites.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing plans, including crafting compelling product descriptions, defining unique selling propositions, and coordinating social media campaigns.
  • Professional Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide support for sales presentations and ensure that sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
  • Education Content: Collaborate with the Education team to schedule product training sessions and address content gaps in the product range.
  • Retail Partnerships: Support the launch of new products and promotions with retail partners, both in-store and online.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing
  • Proven experience in content, social media, and influencer marketing
  • Strong passion for consumer products
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
