The RoleAs Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies that create brand noise and drive commercial success. You will bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and work collaboratively across teams to elevate brand communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and global presence.
- Think outside the box to create disruptive, attention-grabbing campaigns through guerrilla marketing and innovative activations.
- Collaborate on the marketing plan to align brand initiatives with commercial opportunities.
- Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively.
- Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with buying, product, and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless brand execution.
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, keeping it updated to align with business goals.
- Develop internal brand collateral, ensuring that how the brand is presented internally reflects its external image.
- Act as the central voice of the customer, delivering aspirational and inspirational marketing that resonates with the audience.
- A strategic and creative mindset with a passion for fashion and brand building.
- 3+ years of experience in a brand or marketing role.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Budget management experience with the ability to allocate resources strategically.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude-ready to take risks, fail fast, learn, and adapt.
