Are you an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager ready to ascend in the Aviation recruitment world? Meridian’s dynamic Aviation division is expanding, and we’re looking for a superstarBusiness Development Manager – Aviation, to engage with new clients via outbound sales calls, attract high-value Aviation clients, and drive game-changing new wins as we grow into 2025. As a core member of our team, you’ll report directly to the Sales Director, showcasing your tenacity and passion for winning large-scale Aviation talent solutions across diverse sectors. You’ll be diving into multi-site, high-volume Aviation recruitment projects, so experience in scaling Aviation recruitment solutions with the latest tech is essential to thrive in this role. 
  • Salary up to ÂŁ40,000 base + bonus
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
  • Hybrid working with some travel to client sites and Meridian offices as needed
