We are a genuine market leader in the provision of bakery products to the foodservice sector.

Over the last 30 years we have demonstrated rapid growth to enable us to provide full coverage to retailers across the UK.

Through this we have developed a strong relationship with convenience and forecourt retails to whom we provide bakery solutions including bread, patisserie, breakfast products and speciality bakery products.

Due to sustained growth we are seeking to add further personnel to our dynamic, successful sales team throughout the UK.

THE ROLE:

This role involves the conversion of leads provided to us by our major retail wholesale distributors for convenience retail and forecourts seeking to add a premium baked product range to their retail outlets.

You will be responsible for making contact with these outlets, visiting site to establish the best possible solutions and products for their business, and subsequently securing commercial agreements as a supplier.

Once on board these accounts will be managed and further developed by our account management team.

The role also involves managing an existing portfolio of accounts and developing these clients.

It is key to highlight that this is NOT a cold calling new business role.

The majority of the prospect accounts will fall within the categories of convenience retail and forecourt independents.

THE APPLICANT:

  • Candidates must have a proven track record in Field Sales
  • Candidates must have previous experience of selling into convenience retail/independents
  • We particularly welcome applications from candidates from a Field Marketing background into retail, keen on working directly for a brand and benefiting from a lucrative commission scheme.
  • Candidates need to enjoy business travel and converting prospects into new accounts.
