This Business Development Manager role has come available within a highly successful International Vehicle CCTV & Fleet Management Solutions business. The purpose of this Business Development Manager role is to proactively target and engage with companies with large fleets to sell my clients products and services. Working towards monthly and annual targets, you will increase revenue with a strategic and planned approach. You will be responsible for managing the sale from identification to close to onboarding.

Business Development Manager Package:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 base (experience dependent)
  • Bonus and Commission
  • Car or car allowance
  • Many additional benefits

Business Development Manager key responsibilities will be:

  • Create a strategic sales plan to contact target clients working from cleansed target database on HubSpot
  • Research potential clients and their suppliers to understand their needs and develop a tailored sales pitch
  • Make regular contact with target clients through a variety of mediums including telephone calls, emails, virtual meetings/in-person meetings and social media
  • Update CRM HubSpot system with all relevant information
  • Meet and exceeding revenue targets
  • Support new clients through the on-boarding process
